Haven't heard that one before. No, he's a little jester mage dude from Super Paper Mario. Kind of a jerk, but an entertaining one, writing fanfiction about him was important to my creative development as a teen so a lot of people I know associate him with me now. Many memes and in-jokes have come out of that association, of varying degrees of sense.

Oh sure, this is Taiga. He's the protagonist from Digimon World Redigitize and its remake Digimon World Redigitize: Decode. Pretty much a silent protagonist, but his artwork always portrays him as being really cheerful. Anyways the games he's from are Japan-only, but there are fan translations and those fan translations are really important to me. Super cool games.
