BWC's TOS limits votes per user per day, so voting on multiple devices is technically against the rules. However, on TWC, the TOS specifies you get one vote per machine per day so it's fine to multi-device with votes over there.

That's fine if they only monitor your browser history but if they monitor the network traffic then you're in trouble. I personally always use a VPN and remove it if I even need to my et anyone else have access to the device.
