Beetroot is big in Australia. It's everywhere and I hate it XDClosest I've come to this is pickling the beetroot we grew in our garden. We're still trying to get the pickling how we like it.
The Supermarket stuff is all too sweet for me, we'd been experimenting with lower and lower sugar amounts and different spicing. The last one we did with no sugar and that batch was REALLY harsh even by my tastes. Needs a little bit of sweetening to take the edge off but not much.Beetroot is big in Australia.
